Obviously, this was meant to be a five-star review and the guest just made a mistake! Hopefully we can get that deleted.
Jeff’s cars are clean and dependable as usual. Would highly rate this Hyundai also in terms of cruising comfort.

The car's horn did not work and unfortunately I only found out when I had to use it. Very unsafe, a horn is a baseline feature. Other than that the trip was fine.

Now that I see this review, I wish I had responded differently to this guest (meaning less nicely). She reported that the horn didn’t work, which I didn’t know about, and I took steps right away to address it. That was her only complaint. She basically extorted me to get a partial refund. Seems harsh to give someone a two star review over the horn, when I didn’t know it didn’t work. That’s harsh. This was a difficult guest, and I’ll let my other reviews speak for themselves.
