The car smells like smoke. There was no AC. Requested a full refund and was only offered $70. Not even half the cost of what I paid we didn’t even use. The car started off with 345 miles worth of gas in the tank. Drop the car off at the end of our trip with 311 miles worth of gas still in the tank.
We immediately acknowledged the AC concern and began working to resolve it, the guest stated they would leave a poor review if additional compensation wasn’t provided. We apologized immediately, offered a $70 inconvenience credit, and advised that a replacement vehicle or full refund would need to be arranged through Turo Support. The guest ultimately accepted the $70 credit and chose to continue the trip.
