This car kept shaking and shuddering on the highway. When I told the owner they told me based on their monitoring of the car that nothing was wrong. Then I read an old review to come to find out the last renter said the same thing! Then I had a friend riding in the passenger side, they tried to exit the car and it pulled out the the internal door handle. I told them about it and they were like, yeah the last renter pulled out the internal door panel. Like you knew this and still rented the vehicle!? Then before it was all said and done, of course the check engine light came on. This was such a bad experience. And there was no other Turos available in the area near me in the time i needed it. So I was stuck. I didn't even drive it the last two days I had it until it was time to return it because I was so nervous.

It needs work done on it . It keeps jerking when you drive the check engine comes on and off . It need to be serviced

BEST CAR EVER!!!! The vehicle was perfect for my needs and my host was a complete 10/10. He answered every question I had and made my first Turo experience unforgettable. if it’s ever possible for me to rent this vehicle again i absolutely will!
