I had a fantastic experience renting from Adam for a weeklong visit to RI. They were very accommodating meeting me at the airport to drop off the vehicle. The car was very clean and provided Apple CarPlay so I had seamless navigation. Would definitely rent with them again!

Pickup location was a little confusing (put Jefferson office suites in as your destination if you’re in an uber!). The hosts were good and responsive, especially when I hit a pothole and got a flat. They were able to help my roadside assistance as soon as I needed it, which was very appreciated. I would generally recommend!
Thank you for the feedback Meghan and this is why we specifically mention in our welcome message if you are taking an Uber to ensure they are taking you to the correct address due to an error in their system. Regarding the warning light you are referring to was actually not for low oil. It was just a reminder that an oil change was due within 1000 miles. We would have been happy to clarify this had you mentioned it but we do apologize if caused you any concern during your trip!
