The car was great! Very reliable, spacious, clean and awesome on gas, had to only put it twice on a mini road trip I needed to go to. The host was very responsive also which was great! Would very much get a rental from them again in the future.

Terrible quality car/service,.. There was a natural disaster in RI this week this car was not worth the hassle, the wheels were poor quality and could not endure any type of storm. The host also was not willing to accommodate during a natural disaster storm knowing there was a travel ban in RI and MA and just wanted more money of me. I had to call turo support to get extra help for accommodation. I would not recommend this car for RI and Ma type of weather. Host are also difficult to work with.

🙏 Being ungrateful for good service is common. 🫣 Next time there's a big storm, you could choose a larger vehicle like a Ford Bronco, Chevrolet Tahoe, or some other specialized vehicle worth $200 or $300, instead of subjecting a sedan to so much 🫣 and damaging it. Above all, find someone who provides service like ours, like taking you to the airport at night in the middle of a storm so you're safe. Even God punishes those kinds of things, but thank you. I hope in God. 🙏
