This was my first experience with turo, and I have to say my expectations were exceeded. Great host, great car, very communicative and understanding. I initially had a 3 month rental that extended for more than 7 months. I would recommend for anyone looking to rent on Turo.

Terrible experience with this host.
The car had a serious steering issue and a low–tire-pressure warning right from the start, which made it feel unsafe to drive. I contacted the host immediately, but they were extremely unresponsive. When I decided I didn’t feel comfortable continuing the reservation for safety reasons, the host still charged me multiple fees. Overall, really disappointing and stressful experience. Would not recommend.
I’m sorry you felt uncomfortable. When the car was handed over to you, it had no issues- the dashboard photo shows that. When you returned it after several days, the low-tire-pressure warning appeared. A tire shop confirmed there was no issues, only low air. You did call me, but you already returned the car within 5 minutes, I replied you in 5 minutes. I didn’t charge any “multiple fees”. The system only charged for the days used. If you believe there were other fees, please provide evidence.
