Car was great but Wei the owner was so accommodating and quick to respond. I extended the rental a few times and he was so helpful. Highly recommend the vehicle and the working with the owner.

The car was dirty as soon as I picked up, there was ketchup and McDonald’s fries under the driver seat that wasn’t cleaned from the ride prior, the AC makes a clicking noise everytime it is on. The gas was not completely full either.
Thank you for your feedback, I sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issue and will ensure it’s fully addressed moving forward. The vehicle was returned right before your pickup time, which limited my ability to do a more thorough cleaning, but I understand that’s no excuse for the experience you had. I’ll work on improving the turnaround process to prevent this in the future.

Dependable affordable and so easy to communicate with Jaxk will definately be using him again

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
