Unfortunately I had bad luck with the car itself, but the moment I contacted Karl, he got to work on swapping me into a different vehicle. No hassle no hard time no run around. Thank you! 😀

My first time driving and riding in a Fiat and I absolutely loved it. I had no issues with the car. Once again, renting with Zoomee is hassle free and reliable.

Error with every attempt for verification code to access app. (Lock box code access)
Both Email and text verification codes were immediately expired after receiving.
After many attempts on mobile app, login verification codes sent on website also failed.

Very sorry you had issues with the Turro app. We have no control over that platform. We are a host on there just like you are I would suggest picking up your complaints with Turro.
