Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to be fair and transparent with our guests. In this case, the tire was driven for an extended period after losing air, which caused additional damage. The tire was then replaced without contacting us first or giving us the opportunity to assist. For these reasons, we could not agree to reimburse the replacement cost. We stand behind our decision and always encourage guests to contact us immediately if any vehicle issue occurs.
The car was fine but I didn’t have the key card which came as an inconvenience for me.

Although the physical key card was temporarily unavailable, you were provided direct access to the Tesla app on your phone, allowing you to unlock, start, and operate the vehicle normally. We also remained available throughout the trip to assist with any issues.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
