The car was fine but I didn’t have the key card which came as an inconvenience for me.

Although the physical key card was temporarily unavailable, you were provided direct access to the Tesla app on your phone, allowing you to unlock, start, and operate the vehicle normally. We also remained available throughout the trip to assist with any issues.

Great host and car was solid. Just wish they gave app access to make the experience more seamless and complete.

This was a last min booking, while we always aim to have the vehicle freshly wash before every trip, the short notice limited our preparation time. Regarding app access Tesla platform is link to the owner account information, so we do not provide direct access to guests, we are looking always for ways to improve the guest experiences and appreciate your comments, thank you for your business.
