My time is valuable and communication is key. I should not be reaching out to you and you don't answer. 130 was our drop off time and I have to be to work by 3pm in DC and as of 137 you aren't here and I've been calling since one and you have not the decency to answer the phone. Also I had a different vehicle booked and at 6am (I was sleep ) and didn't get the text sent to me to confirm the the reservation. You canceled and kept 68$ of my money. Which the money was supposed to be applied to the rental that I did get from you but it was not. You can cancel on me and keep some of my money but you can inconvenience me and cause me to be late and loose money by causing me to be late for work. Totally unprofessional.
