Shon was amazing! Car was nice with 0 issues. I will definitely rent his Honda Accord again. Actually probably next week.

I cannot recommend this vehicle based on my experience.

At pickup, the vehicle was not presented in a clean condition. There were visible spots on the rearview mirror, dirty handprints on the door frame area, and the steering wheel felt sticky. The vehicle also had a noticeable smoke odor throughout the cabin.

During pickup, I informed the host that the tire pressure warning light was on. The host advised that it was a sensor issue that simply needed to be reset by the dealership. I also mentioned the smoke odor and overall condition of the vehicle, and the host indicated that he was already aware of those issues.

The following morning, when I was preparing to leave for work, I discovered that the front driver’s side tire was completely flat. Because I work in emergency communications and cannot risk being late, I was forced to call out of work to deal with a problem involving a vehicle I had rented specifically for reliable transportation. For a rental that cost approximately $1,000, I did not feel it was reasonable to spend my time inflating tires or troubleshooting vehicle issues.

The situation ultimately escalated to the point that Turo became involved and the vehicle was removed from my possession. What made the experience even more frustrating was what happened afterward. While Turo was actively handling the situation and attempting to coordinate with the host, I received repeated calls and messages from the host regarding the vehicle’s location. I was also threatened with the vehicle being reported stolen despite no longer having possession of it and despite Turo already being involved in resolving the matter.

What should have been a straightforward rental became an extremely stressful experience from beginning to end. Between the vehicle’s cleanliness issues, smoke odor, tire problems, missed work, and the communication issues that followed, this was by far the worst rental experience I have had. I expected a clean, well-maintained vehicle and professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations.
