Car was full of extremely heavy cigarette smoke when I picked it up. It has a ton a of body damage. I took 15 photos of it inside and out. The key fob barely worked and the owner was rude in the messages about it.

My experience renting this vehicle through Turo was excellent from start to finish. From the very first contact, the host was extremely kind, attentive, and clear in their communication, answering all my questions quickly and professionally, which gave me great confidence throughout the entire rental process.
The vehicle pick-up was very smooth and punctual. The car was in perfect condition: very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything worked flawlessly, including the engine, air conditioning, brakes, and all the vehicle’s technology, making the trip comfortable and safe.
Throughout the rental period, the car performed perfectly, with no issues at all. It was evident that the vehicle receives proper care and regular maintenance, and that the host truly cares about providing a high-quality service.
