The vehicle provided was not suitable for rental. It had a strong cigarette odor, a broken windshield, damaged and dirty interior, a broken bumper, loud engine noise, rust on several components, extensive exterior scratches including a deep cross‑scratch in the paint, and a non‑functional driver’s seat manual adjustment. The exterior of the car was also very dirty, further indicating poor maintenance. Although the vehicle was able to travel from point A to point B, its overall condition fell significantly below acceptable rental standards.
