Very unprofessional host. Never gave pickup instructions and then called us at 6:00 am the day of to tell us he was there and essentially cuss us out for not being down to get it. Also has no backup camera although it still says in the listing that it works. Made us so uncomfortable we made sure to choose a different return location so we wouldn’t have to see him in person again.

I want to state emphatically that I would never curse at a guest under any circumstance. I messaged them at 5:30 a.m. for their 6:00 a.m. delivery and received no response until after 6. After waiting 15 minutes at the location they selected, I contacted their personal number. They arrived about 30 minutes late. I did express frustration because I had other appointments, but I remained professional. This review was also left after a reimbursement request was submitted for damage after the trip.
Super easy, and couldn’t be more convenient. Must have for any extended vacation.

All great untill when i handed the car back as when i recieved it the fuel guage was slightly under full and when i handed it back was the same or similar
Yet i recieved a bill for low fuel
13$ Also a 10$ charge for the host to go and put the 13$ fuel in it ??????
JUST SPOILT THE EXPERIENCE NO CALL JUST SENT THE CHARGE
