Absolutely terrible! My money was not refunded when I cancelled with in 2 hours no refund!!!!! And the car that I did get was broken 0 stars

Sorry to hear you had less than an amazing experience. The cancellation and refund you mentioned were for a reservation with another host, and hosts have no control over another host’s reservation or Turo’s refund decisions. My vehicle was inspected and operating properly before your trip. After it was returned, we found a hose had been loosened by an impact consistent with a pothole or speed bump. Despite this unforeseen situation on 2nd day of trip, I still offered a swap which was declined
