We had an amazing time! Host was very communicative and provided detailed instructions for pickup and drop-off. Pickup was super easy and drop-off too. Highly recommend! And make sure you pack light because the trunk space is super tight. Two carry ons max! And if you bring bags on top of the carry on, the passenger will be packed in too haha

Great car, worked well for us and fun for exploring the big island.
Had a 4 day rental and did not experience any issues mechanical or otherwise.
The car is small as noted in the images/description, but we were only traveling with two carryons and one of those was a large backpack so it was fine. If you had two hard shells or a checked bag you might want to be careful, but the airport is only 10 minutes from town if you just squeeze anything else on the passenger seat.
