The 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE was a clean and reliable vehicle. It was extremely clean inside and out when I picked it up, and it drove very smoothly throughout my trip. The brakes were responsive, and the hybrid system provided excellent fuel economy, making it a cost-effective option for traveling longer distances.
Pickup and drop-off were both straightforward. The host was responsive through Turo messages whenever I reached out with questions.
That said, I think the overall experience could be improved with more detailed instructions provided in advance. While the host was responsive, there were moments where clearer guidance would have reduced confusion and eliminated the need to wait for additional messages before knowing how to proceed.
Overall, the vehicle itself was excellent and performed exactly as needed. While I appreciate the cleanliness and reliability of the car, I would likely explore other rental options for future trips based on my overall experience.
