The Ford Focus itself drove fine overall, but there were some significant maintenance concerns with the vehicle. When I received it, the engine oil was extremely low and the coolant was also empty. Andrey was responsive and did help address the coolant issue by replacing the coolant reservoir, which I appreciated.
However, the engine oil still appeared to be very low and looked like it hadn’t been changed recently. I also noticed a strange sound coming from what seemed to be the timing belt area while driving. Given the low oil and coolant levels, I was concerned about the vehicle’s overall maintenance and reliability.
I appreciate Andrey helping resolve part of the issue, but the car should have been properly checked and serviced before being rented out. I’m giving it 3 stars mainly because of the maintenance concerns, not because of Andrey’s willingness to help.
