The quality of the car was gray. The pick up location was easy to find and the communicator very well. I was very happy. Considering I was bringing my daughter from across the world to college. It was very convenient.

We were told we would have instructions before landing. We did not so we were left waiting for our vehicle. Upon arriving we were told to go to the outside parking location and instead had to walk across the airport because it was actually on the inside garages. When we got to the car we were waiting for a code to be sent for the lockbox and the hosts failed to communicate the step on how to get that. The hosts have quick communication but have poor ways of giving instructions to get the car efficiently and we had to ask a lot of questions in order to make sure we were doing everything right because we received wrongly worded instructions on more than one occasion.

The vehicle had a smoking odor, it needed a lot of maintenance , brakes were bad steering wheel shakes terribly when hitting brakes. The actual vehicle had some many damages from scratches, dents and marks on every side of the vehicle. I gave two stars based off the vehicle itself. Host themselves responded quickly and was kind. Although i did not understand why i had to submit a photo with my face to get the lockbox code after already uploading one with my face
