Absolutely NO PETS due to highly allergic reaction and absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind of substance in the vehicle. We must give every renter a good experience and a fresh smell. So no marijuana in your possession (pockets, purse, bags, suitcase, etc) is allowed in any of our vehicles, the smell lingers and that’s not professional when the next renter has to enter that stench. A $250.00 fee for smoking in vehicle will be billed if we have to go through Turo for your negligence. You must upload a valid driver’s license in the details section under trip photos to pick up the vehicle. This is validation that you are the correct driver whose picking up the vehicle and also to complete the Turo check in process from the host end. The ORIGINAL driver MUST be present at the time of pick up and drop off. If the original driver isn’t present we can DENY the exchange of the vehicle. If there’s going to be an additional driver, add them through the Turo app to avoid guidelines misuse. If any issues arise while driving the vehicle (Check engine light, idleing high, etc) please contact Host. MUST BE 25 and OLDER to rent the vehicle. Before we confirm any trip upload your drivers license in the trip photos section of the details for age verification. Although delivery to the airport is free, you are responsible for the cost of the parking ticket to exit the parking lot. If you fail to leave a parking ticket after your departure you will be held accountable for the $24 fee the airport charges to exit the lot for a lost parking ticket.
