Unfortunately, due to how the previous Guest returned the vehicle, we didn't have a choice but to cancel and put the Guest in another vehicle. We pride ourselves in providing the best service and experience for our Guest. Sometimes things are out of our control and we have to adjust for the best interest for our Guest.

Mary, we clean every vehicle throughly before sending them out to a guest. I looked at your trip photos and there’s absolutely no thrash, nor clutter left behind in the car. You on the other hand, left your pet hair and dirt all over the car. Truth be told, I can’t comprehend your review so it’s best we part ways.

Car drove ok but would jerk really hard when shifting from 1st to 2nd and down shifting to 2nd to 1st gear
