All the logistics were great! Communication and ease of pick up and return were perfect. The smell of smoke in the car was overpowering and did not get better throughout the trip. It made our clothes and anything in the car smell like smoke.

My apologies, on the odor. I assure you in between trips. I make sure the vehicles are cleaned, satanized and bombed for any smells. Unfortunately this one did not air out properly. Thank you for honest opinion on your experience. I appreciate your business. If you ever book in the future. I’ll make sure to compensate you.
