The car worked for what I needed however, my flight arrived late and the host acted like this was a problem I caused. Even after I explained this over the app, when I arrived to pick up the car he took it upon himself to remind me that I was late. I would understand if he was having me meet him somewhere but I picked it up at his house. If you don’t want to have to wait on people just get a coded keyholder that people unlock with a number code and can get the car key out.

It was good easy pick up easy drop off it’s my first time ever using this app it was hassle free so far. Thank you for letting me use your car i really appreciate it.
