Car completely shut off on interstate and had to be towed. I didn’t have a car the entire trip. I can’t get anyone to respond on how to get my refund.
Guest was offered a different new vehicle, and the guest did not respond to any inquiries made for the trade. Guest also left car on the side of the road without letting the us know and car sat there for over 2 hours.

Very easy to work with- fast and responsive. The car is basic transportation that is great on gas!
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
