Overall the experience was good. However, the communication was not good. Most of the messages are automated and if you have a genuine question, don’t expect to get a reply. Also I had a check-in issue that resulted in me getting charged to leave the airport parking lot. They did not communicate how to get out of the lot in the check-in or in the messages. Thankfully I’m able to get a reimbursement from Turo.
