Pickup instructions were very helpful. Car drives great, vintage style interior made it very comfortable for large drives. it is quite old and a few things weren’t working upon pickup like the rear camera not working or the dome light, that didn’t deter me from giving you guys 5 stars, this car is a strong workhorse. Thanks again

Only 1 speaker worked. Android auto requires a usb cable. Lots of times it would think you arrived just before destination. The brakes are funny. The chair is way too big which i thought I'd like. Says it gets around 20-21 mpg but idk. One positive is the AC worked good and car only got real hot once inside but cooled down fast.

Hosts completely unresponsive during check-in. Unprofessional to say the least, this was my most disappointing trip. Even Turo themselves were unable to get a response from the host DURING CHECK-IN until over a whole hour later!
Instructions were as follows: the lock box contains the car keys and the white keycard for the gate (to enter and exit the parking garage) …
After notifying the host that the keycard was not in the lockbox, and searching the car for it, the card was found under the passenger seat. No issues there, mistakes happen.
The card didn’t work. Was stuck in the parking lot for well over an hour after checking in with no assistance from the host. I have never had any issues with any of the vehicles at this parking garage location until now. Very stressful, and again unprofessional.
The car itself was dirty inside and out. The backup camera didn’t work. When braking, the car bounces up and down. Naturally drives to the right (needs alignment). AC vents are stuffed with dust, I had to roll the windows down after driving due to a headache and cough received from this vehicle.
The price is right, it’s the cheapest car option on here so it makes sense. The fact that it’s on turo gave me some sort of confidence going into it. In its condition, the car should be on facebook marketplace.
My first bad Turo experience. Wouldn’t recommend or wish this experience on anyone else.
