First car battery died. Had to haggle for 2 hours for a replacement at the right price. Second car battery died at night and we had to have the police jump us. Car shakes and handles poorly. Lots of warning lights. Very hard to connect to the CarPlay. Cord worked sometimes and couldn’t connect via Bluetooth or Honda app. Pickup location changed a couple times. Shouldn’t offer places that are private (hotels). Very different than any other Turo experience I’ve had.

Pickup was a bit complicated in terms of finding the vehicle. It was also painful trying to get our return location adjusted. I had to call customer service and was on the phone for at least 25 minutes with an agent who didn’t seem to know what to do.
