Everything was convenient and the car ran great. The host was as communicative and helpful. The only issue was I got pulled over for no license plate in the front. I only got a warning and informed the host.

The car was dirty on the interior upon pickup as well as a horrible screeching noise coming from the back tire . Brakes were grinding and alignment felt off horrible experience but could not afford to make changes . Host was nice and receptive to feedback.

The car ran pretty well. But the "hidden fees" when it comes to pick up is what I have an issue with. And I was also charged extra for "additional usage" and when I contacted the host numerous times regarding this extra charge, I did not get any response and eventually had to get it resolved through turo support.
