The car was great — the gas mileage was incredible!! Serene was responsive, so so friendly, and very easy to rent from. Seamless!

The car was great! We specifically chose hybrid because of the longer trip we were taking. However, we did have an issue with the AC. Serene was super responsive and checked in a few times to see if the AC got resolved and made our experience a top priority. She reassured us too she will get it checked out ASAP when we returned the car. There was unfortunately nothing we could've done at the moment for the trip but overall we enjoyed the features of the car and liked it.
