Ala was a wonderful host! There was a super tiny issue at the very beginning of the rental, but he was extremely quick and responsive and truly went above and beyond in getting it resolved. The car was immaculate and just as pictured, and pickup/drop-off were easy with clear instructions. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the level of great service and will definitely be back to rent again!
