The car smelled nice, was kept tidy, and included complimentary water and napkins. I did unfortunately, had to return the vehicle early due to an issue with the Bluetooth feature mentioned in the posting. Due to the lack of CarPlay and w/ me having a disability, this was crucial as I’m unable to navigate correctly and safely. Owner simply told me to ‘chatgpt’ the issue.

A couple minor issues: the back seat seatbelt wouldn’t stay locked. And the documents in the glove compartment were expired.

From start to finish this was hands down the best car rental experience I have ever had. The customer service was exceptional everyone was professional welcoming patient and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The vehicle was spotless inside and out smelled fresh drove perfectly and was even better than expected.
The pickup process was quick and stress free and the return was just as easy. I truly appreciated the honesty communication and attention to detail throughout the entire experience. It is rare to find someone like Katie that delivers exactly what they promise while also making customers feel valued and appreciated.
I would recommend this RENTAL to absolutely anyone looking for reliable quality service. They made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable. I will definitely be renting from them again every chance I get. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
