I don’t know where to start! This is my 3rd rental my car has just been given me the hardest time. And Jaime is the absolute best host!! From pick up, to communication to drop off! I had to extend this rental twice because of my mechanic. I also work graveyard which is a whole other problem. But he was so understanding and easy to extend. The car is amazing! If I buy a ford it will be this hybrid! I can go on and on about my experience this go around! Thank you sooo much!
