Communication from the renter was ten out of ten. He was wonderful in explaining things and answering quickly whenever I called. Personally, I am really bad with technology And I do not care for the lock box situation. I like to meet in person and ask questions , especially because i'm new to turo. He definitely compensated for it in his excellent communication. The car got me around safely and the sound system was great. The car was very clean.
