This was my first time renting through Turo, and unfortunately, I was a little disappointed. I booked the car for 7:00 PM but didn’t receive the access code until 7:32 PM. The car also had an unpleasant pet-like odor, and the back tires were dangerously bald. The car would shake when driving over 50 mph, which made me very uncomfortable from a safety standpoint.
Other than that, the car was decent and the drop-off went smoothly. I really liked the contactless process overall, but I do think the vehicle needs better maintenance and the pickup process could be more timely.

Host was very nice and understanding even when I had to extend the rental date was a super easy process communication was great and the car ran good would definitely recommend!!!
