Hi Bria, thank you for your review. For transparency, the car had issues starting 2 days before your trip ended, but I wasn’t notified until after the rental period concluded. I take maintenance seriously and address issues promptly. During your trip, the car was jump-started and fuel was added from your gas can, so it’s difficult to determine whether those events contributed to the starting issue on your last day. I hope this helps clarify any confusion.
