Levers to slide middle row of seats is broken and you have to collapse (fold) the seats to slide them.

Thank you for the wonderful review and recommendation! We’re glad the 2021 Toyota Sienna delivered one of your best Turo experiences with a spacious, easy-to-drive van. For the middle-row seats, we’ve found the easiest way to slide them is to fold/collapse the seat first, then move it forward or back. We also appreciate the note about the upholstery stains and are addressing them. Thanks for choosing Steph’s Rentals!
Great vehicle, fully recommended. Host is great, van is spacious and the hybrid motor saves heaps on gas.

Thank you for the great review and recommendation! We’re glad the 2021 Toyota Sienna was a great vehicle for your trip, spacious- and that the hybrid motor helped save on gas. We also appreciate the kind words about our hosting. It’s a smart choice for a Portland family van rental, convenient PDX airport pickup, and Oregon or Pacific Northwest travel. Thanks for choosing Steph’s Rentals!
This is probably the best Turo experience I've had. The car was immaculately clean upon pick up. The care is incredibly spacious and easy to drive. The only thing I had a little issue with was sliding the middle row of seats back and forth. I couldn't tell if the mechanism was not working well or if I just didn't know how to use it. I figured it out though and was able to slide the seats forward, but was unable to figure out how to slide them back upon return.
I did not communicate with the host on this however, as it was not a huge issue at all. The host was very communicative and clear and I have no doubt they would have solved this issue for me right away had I taken the time to message.
Loved the car and the ease of use. Highly recommend.
