The car was pristine and smelled amazing, the pickup location was exactly where our host Alex told us with clear instructions on how to get in, and above all, Alex was an amazing host.
We had some trouble in the middle of our trip about 40 mins away from town, and Alex dropped everything and swapped out cars with us so that we could continue our trip. He was so kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we were safe as well as having a backup car. We have never felt so cared for, and because of that I encourage everyone to book a car from him.
