The car was great. The host was responsive, professional, and nice. The pickup location was easy to find well lit and felt safe even in the dark. I was using it to go to a class and was able to get there and back easily.

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad the 2015 Honda Civic was a great fit for getting to and from your class easily. We’re also happy the pickup location was easy to find, well lit, and felt safe, even after dark. It’s a reliable, fuel-efficient choice for a Portland car rental, convenient pickup, and Oregon travel. Thanks for choosing Steph’s Rentals!
Great car, drove smooth whole trip. Zero problems. Thank you!

Car was okay to drive. Brakes were squeaking the whole time and the air tire pressure light came on therefore I did not feel safe. Also I was charged $20 for missing one small line of gas which the gas was filled before I returned it. The charger usb also didn’t work so ended up having to use my own money to buy one so you’re welcome for the charger for your future customers

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry the trip didn't meet your expectations. This vehicle has consistently received strong reviews, but we take safety concerns seriously and will inspect the brakes and check the tire-pressure light. Seasonal temperature changes can affect tire pressure, and we address alerts promptly. We base fuel charges on documented return levels through Turo. We also appreciate the note about the USB charger and will inspect it.
Car was very clean and drove well, easy pick up
