Thank you for your feedback! During your trip, we checked in with you to ensure that everything was going well and nothing was brought up about the vehicle. The invoice you received clearly stated the reasons for the charge. Unfortunately when you returned the vehicle it was not returned at full so you received an invoice. All of our vehicles are cleaned and maintained to ensure that every guest has a 5 star experience.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
