Host rented me a car obviously with nail in the tire with the tire sensor on. I messaged the next morning after I picked the car up stating the tire was flat told me the last person before me broke the sensor. Then a day later the tire blew and his response was basically not my problem. Spare tire rim was bent so can’t use that so I had to go get a new tire and the tire was outdated. Fast forward to return day returned the car slightly under full he took the car to gas station and filled it up and charged me. Then tries to say there’s a scratch on drives rear panel. So basically anything that goes wrong with their car you’re responsible. Avoid this Host at all cost.
The vehicle just passed the annual safety inspection before this trip and was delivered in good operating condition. During your trip, the tire sustained significant damage that resulted in a blowout. After reviewing the evidence, Turo handled the claim based on its policies. The scratch was also documented after the vehicle was returned and was not present before the trip.
The vehicle was not returned with the same fuel level as at check-in, pictures before/after confirms that.
