Good communication and the car worked just fine. Only issue was not necessarily on the owner, as the previous renter had clearly smoked in the car. Traffic Jam did try to help as a consolation

Sorry for the inconvenience! Turo and us have no-smoking rules but some people just decide not to follow. We tried to clean up odor but time between two trips are limited. We provided you reimbursement for gas because of this. Thanks for your understanding!
