We ended up needing to switch cars but owner was great with finding a solution to my problem.
It is literally your problem because we have checked with the mechanic and everything is right with this car, you just don’t like it. We really wanted to cancel your trip but you desperately need the car. To help you, we upgrade you to a bigger car also provided you a small discount and you are still not happy. I would recommend you rent with others in the future. Good luck!

It was great. We had a flat tire on the way to the airport. At first we were anxious and unsure of what to do while making sure we didn't miss our flight. The host helped us figure it out. We made it just in time.
