I had an amazing experience renting from this host! He was incredibly accommodating and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. When I needed to extend my trip, he worked with me without any issues, which I truly appreciated. Communication was excellent the whole time—he was responsive, professional, and easy to reach whenever I had a question. The car was exactly as described, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and understanding Turo host!

The car itself was fine. However, I noticed there was a previous review mentioning a gasoline smell coming through the vents, and unfortunately, I experienced the same issue. When the A/C was off, there was no odor, but as soon as I turned the A/C on, the gasoline smell was very strong and noticeable.
The host explained that it was due to the car having a new engine, but I was driving from Maryland to New Jersey for a road trip and wasn’t comfortable driving that distance with such a strong gasoline smell.
The following morning, I messaged the host to request an exchange through Turo. Unfortunately, the host was unresponsive to both my messages and, apparently, Turo’s attempts to contact him as well. Because he never replied or confirmed the exchange, I wasn’t able to arrange another vehicle before my scheduled departure. I had to leave within two hours, which left me with very few options.
The lack of communication from the host and the lack of urgency in resolving the situation through Turo were both very disappointing.
