This car has been treated with the upmost care and maintenance to ensure a smooth, long-lasting ride. The vehicle is fuel efficient which makes it affordable for city and highway driving. The interior is spacious enough to seat a family, showing minimal sign of wear and tear, along with compartments in the vehicle for beverage and small item storage. The exterior is a nice, clean, and smooth powder finish. Equipped with a rear camera and Bluetooth capabilities for talk and music. Although we’ve taken great care of our car, she has a small little dent on the hood. Thank you for choosing our vehicle and we hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip. Vehicle plates are registered to an automatic Ezpass system. Reimbursement will be sent through the app.

the automated messages were perfect an the hosts were available when i needed to communicate with them. i was going to extend my trip, however, i believe someone else beat me to the punch but i will definitely be reserving again soon! Thanks a bunch to both of you again ❤️

The car was clean and ride nice with public pick up location. My pick up time was 9:30 the car was not dropped available until 11. The first lie was the car was getting an oil change, the second lie was it was dropped off dirty the night before. I could have cancelled but I had to drop my vehicle off at the shop for repairs so I dealt with the unprofessionalism. On top of everything else she entered a false damage claim. I followed her directions to the t. I also took pictures of the vehicle upon return which showed no damage. She submitted pictures with damage to the hood but she clearly saw my photos,so the damage had to occur after we returned the vehicle. She chose the spot not me

Bridget, as a Turo host, I did as I was instructed and reported the damage. Sometimes, guest don’t always take the best care of your vehicle so yes, it required us to do more cleaning. I scheduled a 7:30am oil change and dropped the vehicle off the night before. There was a brand new oil change sticker with the date at the top left corner of the windshield. Many things were out of my control and I apologize if this created a bad experience for you. But please, do not question my integrity.
