car was clean and gas full. also pickup and dropoff was easy and convenient host was easy and respectful. only issue one mirror was broke but it wasnt a bad effect on using the vehicle. i would book again!

Vehicle had broken mirror on passenger side, tabs to hold up sun visors were missing, door handle on passenger side kept sliding off, black weathering also peeling off in driver side and the vehicle is not fuel efficient. I drove to and from work 40 miles for two days and that alone was the full tank of gas.
We apologize that the Chrysler did not meet your needs. All areas of improvement have been noted and will be taken under consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to show you those improvements should the need arise for a rental. Thanks!

Hi, thank you for allowing me to use your car. It definitely served the purpose for the day I needed it.
However, I did want to share a couple of concerns. The navigation system was not working, and there was a noticeable smell — almost like the brakes were overheating or something similar. It made me a little uncomfortable, so I just wanted to make you aware of it.
