The car smelled horrible at pickup. The front drivers side tire is bald. I could see a less experienced driver having a bad accident in this car. This car should not be on the road. Additionally, I've rented luxury cars that had less stipulations. The rules and extra charges imposed on this car were not worth it. This place gives turo a bad name.

I am rather surprised at this review. During your entire trip you did not mention a single things. Not only that you EXTENDED the trip 5 times.
We have taken the car to mechanic, everything has been inspected and the car is good to hit the road again. There is no odor in the vehicle.
I have no idea what rules you are referencing.
