The floor mats and outside of the car were pretty dirty but the seats were clean and owner was kind and responsive

Overall, the car served its purpose and the host was responsive. A few aspects of the experience could be improved, though.
Having to coordinate directly with the owner for both key pickup and return added extra time and logistics to my trip. I also found the key difficult to handle, as it didn't have a keychain or other attachment that made it easier to hold securely, which increased the risk of accidentally dropping it.
Additionally, there were multiple check-in requirements before and during the rental process. While I understand the importance of documentation, the number of check-ins felt a bit excessive compared to other Turo rentals I've used.
That said, I appreciate the opportunity to rent the vehicle and hope this feedback is helpful for future guests and the host.

There was no additional process to give you the other than you only has to present your driver license which obviously is a requirement for you to drive in New Jersey. We don’t understand what other things you had to do that delay your logistics but ok you want to be picky that’s not a problem that been said I won’t take advice from someone that don’t know the business and how to run it. You can’t never be to careful protecting your business if you want to you can keep renting somewhere else
