If I could give no stars I absolutely would! First the car was not ready for my reservation at my designated time, I drove all the way to the listed pickup location just to be told the car was in stone mountain and another guest didnt return it. Because it was late and I already had alot going on with turo I accept the offer to pick up from some random guest house. The host didnt document that my pick up time was 10pm or where I was going to get it. There was no gas in the car, it smelled like smoke, it was so dirty and disgusting. Then with no clear instructions where to park it upon check out, he proceeds to threaten to charge me of i didnt park where he wanted it to be parked. They let anyone put their car on turo apparently. Im sure he will find some kind of clapback for this review but I have been with turo years with 0 bad reviews so that explains the kind of person I am. He has multiple bad reviews on ALL of his listed vehicles. Rent at your own risk

Trip was supposed to be cancelled due to previous guests not returning vehicle Guest begged to pick up vehicle due to “A lot going on “ Guest was warned that vehicle was not properly checked in and still wanted to retrieve vehicle Upon return guest tried to leave vehicle in random gas station and was warned not returning vehicle to proper location is a violation of Turo rules Guest decided to retaliate with a Bad review
