The car shut off multiple times the first night I got it,engine check light came on when I pick it up and proceeded to lock and shut off and now Turo won’t even refund me for my all of my money even with all of the video and evidence that it shut off! I’ve been using Turo for years and this is my worst experience ever. Really considering ever using this app based off this one experience. It’s been a nightmare
