Hello Turo Support,
I understand the cancellation notice was automatically posted. The trip was cancelled because the vehicle required unexpected maintenance following a previous rental and needed to be inspected before being available again.
The cancellation was made to ensure guest safety and to avoid providing a vehicle that was not fully ready for the trip. I have completed the required cancellation policy webinar and certification and am working to ensure all future trips are handled well

The car was clean and the pickup car location was a safe easy to locate pickup spot.
