Return • Return Time: Your rental period is in 24-hour increments after your pickup time. (Example: Pickup at 10:00 AM Monday, return by 10:00 AM Tuesday (for a one-day rental.)) • Location: Return to the designated location • Requirements: • Return the Slingshot with a full tank of premium gas. • We will inspect the vehicle with you and compare its condition to the pre-rental photos.

Don’t drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair your ability to drive safely. Don’t use your phone or other handheld devices while driving; distracted driving is dangerous and prohibited. Don’t exceed the vehicle’s maximum weight rating (including riders and cargo). Don’t tailgate or follow other vehicles too closely; always maintain a safe following distance. Don’t operate the Slingshot in unauthorized areas or outside the legal boundaries specified in your rental agreement. Don’t race, drive recklessly, or use the vehicle for stunts or unauthorized purposes. Don’t allow unauthorized drivers or underage persons to operate the vehicle. Don’t ignore changing weather conditions; be prepared and adjust your driving as needed. Don’t install unapproved accessories or modify the vehicle. Don’t leave the vehicle unattended without engaging the parking brake and removing the key. Do not drive off-road or on unpaved areas.

• What happens if I return the Slingshot late?

  Late returns are subject to additional fees, which include a full extra day’s rental. Please return the vehicle on time to avoid these charges

• What are the requirements to rent a Polaris Slingshot?

  Renters must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and provide proof of auto liability insurance. A security deposit may also be required at pickup.

• Do I need a motorcycle license to drive a Slingshot?

  In most states, a standard driver’s license is sufficient to operate a Polaris Slingshot because it is classified as an autocycle or three-wheeled vehicle. Always check your local laws for specific requirements.

• What is the fuel policy?

  All Slingshots are rented with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge. ($45)

• Where am I allowed to drive the Slingshot?

  You may drive on public roads and highways where autocycles are permitted. Off-road driving, beaches, and restricted or private areas without permission are strictly prohibited.
